Apologetics: Links Arranged Alphabetically

What is Apologetics? “Apologetics” is essentially encapsulated in verse 1 Peter 3:15, “always being prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you; yet do it with gentleness and respect…” The word, “defend” in greek is “apologia.” This isn’t a fleshly defensiveness but instead a loving and respectful sharing of the reason for our hope in Jesus. So, why compile all of these videos, websites, and audiobooks? Friends, it’s my genuine prayer that these resources point whomever sees them to Jesus, encourages hearts to pray (Col 4:2), and fosters a deepening thirst for His Word (Bible: Col 3:16). This page is to be a resource for anyone wanting to walk-out 1 Peter 3:15 in dependency upon God. Love, Mer

Nabeel Qureshi’s plea to be prepared with a reason for the hope you have (1 Peter 3:25), and why the Resurrection is most important!

  2. Hi,

Awesome list ! I’m surprised and disappointed that bibleref.com didn’t make it to the list; Unless you considered it not to be an wholly apologetics site. But I think it should be considered as it’s one of the best sites that not only captures the essence of each Book and Verse, but has strong literal, contextual, and historical hermeneutics for each.

    • Thank you so much for commenting!! I’ll make sure to check-out Bibleref.com today! Regarding this list, it’s one that is always growing…Especially as I study and learn. And humbly, i have so much yet to learn. 🙂 It was my hope to compile topics, authors, and sites onto one list for referencing as they come my way; therefore, please know how grateful I am that you took time to share!
